WUHU, China, May 9, 2026 – Moka Robot Technology Co., Ltd., a national-level "Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative" (Little Giant) enterprise holding 88 invention patents, today announced the expansion of its welding robot product line to meet rising global demand for automated welding solutions.

The global robotic welding market, valued at USD 10.32 billion in 2025, is projected to grow at 4.81% CAGR to reach USD 14.35 billion by 2032. Labor shortages, increasing manufacturing complexity, and the need for consistent weld quality are driving adoption across automotive, 3C electronics, metal processing, and heavy equipment sectors.

From Specifications to Process Capability

Industry competition has shifted from component specifications to comprehensive welding process capability. Key considerations now include seam tracking stability, offline programming maturity, heat input control for thin plates, and consistent weld penetration for medium-to-heavy plates. Success requires not just hardware but deep process knowledge and scenario-specific delivery.

Application Highlights: Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum

Moka’s welding robots support gas metal arc welding, TIG, laser welding, and specialized processes for carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloys. Demonstrations at the 27th Beijing Essen Welding & Cutting Fair featured:

Low-Spatter Carbon Steel Welding (1–3mm) – Using an Aotai welding power source, this configuration reduces spatter by 60% and heat input by 10–20%, improving control and reducing deformation on thin plates.

Aluminum Alloy Welding – Powered by a Jianglong Intelligent welding source with dual-motor synchronized push-pull wire feeding, the system supports DC/pulse single/double modes for carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

Laser Vision Seam Tracking – Integrated with Chuangxiang Intelligent Control, featuring 25 weld detection algorithms for real-time deviation correction and precise torch guidance.
