SCARA robots deliver ±0.01mm repeatability, 0.3s cycle time, and payloads up to 25kg, targeting 3C electronics, automotive parts, and pharmaceutical industries

WUHU, China — Moka Robot, a national “little giant” enterprise in industrial robotics, today announced the global rollout of its SCARA robot series. Designed for high‑speed assembly, picking, and material handling, the series offers rated loads from 1kg to 10kg (max 25kg) with arm reaches from 300mm to 1000mm.

Key models include the MB04SC‑300 (4kg, ±0.01mm repeatability) and MB25SC‑1000 (25kg for heavy‑duty tasks). The robots achieve cycle times as low as 0.3 seconds and rotational speeds up to 880°/s, while maintaining an IP67‑equivalent protection for demanding environments.

The compact design (robot body as light as 19kg) makes them ideal for space‑constrained 3C electronics lines, PCB assembly, sorting, labeling, and pharmaceutical handling. As part of Moka‘s broader automation ecosystem — which includes six‑axis, welding, stamping, and collaborative robots — the SCARA series helps manufacturers reduce labor costs and achieve rapid ROI.
