MOKA Robot has officially launched its latest robotic welding solution, which includes the delivery of robotic systems, comprehensive welding solutions, installation and commissioning services, as well as operator training and after-sales maintenance services. This new solution will provide manufacturing companies with a more efficient, safe, and intelligent welding production experience.

In terms of welding processes, MOKA Robots’ workflow achieves a balance between automation and flexibility. After an operator manually loads the workpiece into the positioning fixture, the welding robot performs front-side welding. Subsequently, a double-sided flipping fixture rotates the workpiece to the reverse side upon completion of the weld, allowing the robot to proceed directly with back-side welding. Once welding is finished, the robot moves to the next workpiece station while the previous workpiece automatically slides out, enabling an efficient production cycle. The introduction of this process significantly boosts production efficiency while ensuring stable and consistent weld quality.
MOKA Robot also commits to providing comprehensive support for both pre-sales and after-sales services. The project comes with a 12-month warranty period starting from the date of final acceptance, covering functional failures and damage to robot modules under normal operating conditions. For damage caused by non-manufacturing quality issues during the warranty period—such as improper operation, unauthorized disassembly, or modification—the customer is responsible for repair costs. Furthermore, Mocha Robotics commits to responding within 2 hours of receiving a customer notification. If necessary, technical personnel will arrive on-site within 4 hours to resolve the issue, ensuring uninterrupted production.
MOKA Robots’ project solution not only demonstrates the advanced nature of industrial robotics technology but also highlights the company’s commitment to providing full-lifecycle service to its customers. Through this solution, manufacturing enterprises will be able to achieve intelligent upgrades in welding production, reduce risks associated with manual operations, and improve both production efficiency and product quality.
